The sad thing is, somewhere on a cutting room floor is David Ayer's original workprint of the film. Given his pedigree I can imagine it being a lot better before WB took it out of his hands.

I think that movie’s a textbook case of “be careful what you wish for.” After seeing Fury and hearing all of his talk about “The Dirty Dozen, but with Supervillains,” and, even the casting, I look at how it turned out and I’m like “how the **** did this happen?”
