Spider-Man statue on eBay? Resolved...my bad!

Sorry if this has already been brought up. I saw this on eBay.

Nothing to see, haha my bad...

I did not think SS made an exclusive of this statue and I could not find it listed on the SS website. And, read in his description. He comes across as stand up kind of guy.

Maybe someone can shed some light on this...
