I finished up my new display this week, super happy with the outcome!
I like to curate my collection and it keep it limited to only my absolute favorite characters and designs, and I customize most of them to get them to their full potential.

This is an amazing looking collection, and a beautiful setup. Would you mind sharing the LED lights that you are using? I am slowly putting my collection onto some shelves, and have been looking for lighting for IKEA Billy bookcases. The profile on your lights looks really clean and appears to have a nice diffuser too!

For the lights, I'm using the white Luke lights: link 1.
I contacted them before ordering so they custom made the two sets for the 3 shelf Detolfs.

I installed the lights with angled brackets with diffusers. Luke light also sells them, but I got them cheaper here: link 2.
I had to do some cutting to size, but that in turn allowed me to get each length exactly as I needed it. The angle ensures the entire cube is lit up, and the diffuser softens the light somewhat.

Nice pix. How are the old Sideshow Jedi aliens holding up? both physically and in terms of standing next to current Hot Toys SW figures I mean.

Thanks, I think they look ok. The humans aren’t so good, I replaced obi and ani heads for ht knock offs and cheap bodys, got new cloaks, ani’s pleather outfit had disintegrated so made a new one out of a leather sample. Had maul too but he looks laughable compared to ht one. The body’s are pretty poor but stand in a basic pose with the stand. I keep looking for a knock off qui hon head but I’ve never seen one on eBay. I think plo and kit look ok. Running out of room now so that shelf will be next to go I think.

These are some of the best poses I’ve ever seen in the sixth scale community. You’ve brought so much life to the figures. The Maul and Jedi Luke are perfectly posed.

I'm pretty much at max display capacity, so somebody's going to have to get retired soon.

But this thread is basically my excuse to ask -- does anyone have a recommended lighting solution for IKEA Milsbos? Ideally something plug-and-play that doesn't require any mods? Please and thank you!

If you don’t want to get rid of anything, you could move The Childs to their own display cases. Or maybe on top of the cases with some custom acrylic dust covers? A local acrylic shop could fabricate that for you.

I don’t know if that would allow you to have 4 evenly spaced shelves to all accommodate figures. And even if not then that’s at least another shelf.

You could also free up a ton of space by putting the Speeder Bike with the stand really coiled up where the Jawas are. You couldn’t put a figure on it, but it’d probably still look nice on it’s own or with the Jawa scavenging it. Then put the Shoretrooper and Scout together, and IG-11 with Din and future Kuiil.

The only figures that seem out of place that you might remove are TLJ Luke and BB-8 as the only ST figures.

Thanks. The Hoth Han sculpt is the "Space Tracker" one that was available on eBay a while back.
