You could try Earth Defense Force 2017. Not a horror game by any stretch of the imagination, but if you're an arachnophobe, it'll freak you right out.

Bioshock is a horror game?

Resident Evil 4? .....I don't consider #4 to be a horror game, it turned into a shooter with no scare element at that point for me.

The Fatal Frame series was actually suppose to be quite creepy/scary, I never played it though.

I can agree with that, while RE4 does have some scary parts, it's NOWHERE near as scary as the RE1 port to Gamecube.
