Nice pics!

I've taken a closer look at Prime 1 and can see what people are talking about. QS has a better Bale portrait but P1 batman portrait appears to look more 'correct'.

I ain't buying either but can see why it would be a difficult choice if one had to choose. Comes down to who wants to display him with the mask or not, price and preference for 1/2 vs 1/3 scale etc. Can't go wrong with either, as both are excellent statues.

That slight pelvic thrust is a bit off-putting ....but otherwise an exceptional piece. That portrait is money.

I'm pretty sure they're having trouble with the rooted version.

If they can get the rooted hair to look like that sculpted hair, I will be impressed. Seems to me like it will require some gel or hairspray to make the rooted hair to look like that ...and to stay like that.

The cowl looks too ... asian? As if maybe it was designed for an asian dude's face. It feels like a Kotobukiya sculpt.

Looks like it's already out. The sculpted hair variant, at least. Thanks to Tony Tong for letting us know.

ugh, always the same **** with those early buyers. Let me buy this >$1000 statue, and take a telescope to it under crappy lighting. Even those facebook and instagram clips like the one above. Not to mention the awful music. Show the piece as a whole ffs. up-close images with smartphones distort the shape.

The cowl is slightly idealised differently from the movie, I think the approach was intentional. Still looks good, but not excellent in terms of accuracy.

Beautiful piece overall, but the base, it looks like the paint is faded out around the edges?

You guys must be die hard fans, because I think this looks amazing and I don't like batman and I can tell its bale in the cowl. Even the unmasked is amazing. But the whole statue is phenomenal. Even though I only collect heath joker in statues as comic statues. I only collect movie. But again I can't tell anything looks wrong with it. But to each their own.

The cowl looks terrible. Like DX02. Definitely not on par with their quality in headsculpts. Interesting you see it accurate but don’t see P1 Joker accurate.

I agree, the best way to expose it is with Bale's head

I hate to say it but the cowl head is absolutely terrible. Probably the worst I've ever seen from any company. I have serious doubts about Queen now that they let it ship out.

The cowl looks like a Mattel sculpt with good paint.

cowl sculpt def looks really bad. I'm not even one of the folks that knows all the nuances of the cowl and I can see it. The mouth looks nothing like Bale and is completely different from the full Bale sculpt.
