The person who did those color pred tats is Tony Sklepic outta Edmonton Alberta. I know it's a pred thread but here's some examples of his other incredible work

Thanks for the info, the guy is talented! He's far from local, but I've always fancied visiting Canada so I may have to speak to him in future.
