Its like if some cheeseball (let's say director Richard Marquand) somehow had rights tangled into Return of the Jedi and decided to make his own version with the characters but couldn't call it Star Wars.

I don't see how that could have possibly been worse than the prequels...
 
So how good a job do people think that Kathleen Kennedy's LFL has done with regard to respecting the legacy and characters of the OT? Particularly with The Last Jedi. :monkey3
