Need advice! Hot toys ttm-19 neck mod

Hi, hoping someone out there can help me here.

I've recently managed to get my hands on an art figures 2004 punisher. It's fantastic, apart from the body. I want to swap the body out for a more natural looking ttm-19. Only problem is the head sculpt has a neck on it. I don't want to damage the headsculpt in any way by cutting the neck off the head.

So my question is, can I cut the rubber neck material off this spare wolverine body I have and will I be able to put my punisher head on that body?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

While I've wondered about this as well I've never done it. I've always just bought a comparable body like the Captain America bodies.

So my advice would be to save yourself the trouble and just buy a new a new body:
Captain America - Nude Body (Includes Neck Joint) (Limit 1) - Toy Anxiety
