this is a little custom or kit bash whatever you guys would like to call it.
I`ve always wanted to have a battle damage luke from empire, so when the hot toys figure came out i acquired a pretty decent lot at a very low price of the head, the boots, the tourniquet and the cut forearm.
So i had the sideshow luke and a spare hot toys body, took the clothes from sideshow, i weathered them using sand paper, then i applied some paint using an airbrush to make the clothes look dirty and with blood stains, it was something that i wanted it to look a bit of a reminisce to the prototype shown at comicon. Then some fitting to make the suit appropriate to the new body. Then hot toys hair was a bit to dark so i gave it a wash thinner bath to look much brighter.
Then pop on the new forearm and finished.
I know is not perfect, but it`s something that anyone can do if the can`t spend to much money on the complete hot toys box set.
