Ugh, that hippo foot almost looks worse on film than off. Like an upside-down tree stump with rocks and turd at the bottom. Not even kidding. I adore the rest of the design, but wow.

The feet don't bother me anymore, sure the toes are short, but with all the texture and the sheer mass, they look like they pack more weight and damage than any suit foot ever did, and it's so cool to see a classic foot shot of Godzilla smashing stuff.
