he said it was shipped,and i never received it

he keep said he shipped it,even there isnt pro0f of delivery here

and the trader keep telling me it has been shipped and keep telling me i have been received the package and wants it free by telling him to re ship the items

i am to be honest here but i dont know what to do now

i make my package arrived to him ,but he doesnt make his package arrived to me
