It features a head sculpt with great likeness and separate rolling eyeballs, two styles of interchangeable hair sculptures, finely tailored outfit, a LED light-up lightsaber, an interchangeable lightsaber blade emulating the weapon in motion, a blaster, and a carbon-freezing chamber themed base!

Interesting. I have the DX07 already so if anything I’ll get the regular edition as I already have the Luke in Darth Vader helmet accessory and don’t need the Dagobah base. I like the Bespin style base more personally (even though it’s included in both versions).

I probably won’t be in a huge hurry to pre-order already having the first figures, and the fact that this is probably going to be a ways off from releasing.

I wonder if Hot Toys will do a separate battle damaged edition seeing as this is the clean look.

Right? Think we all got way excited at the announcement. Looks pretty good.
Might just go with the standard to save a few. Don’t see myself using the dagobah base and the Vader helmet is cool but I won’t use it.

Weak HTs...very weak!

I mean it comes with what it needs to. The original seems like a more packed set because it’s two figures.

Most of the other accessories would come with the battle damaged version (severed wrist/hand, the medical device that goes over his wrist, weather vane).

I’m not really surprised they’re not doing that again. Glad I have the DX07 though.
