I found them in 2 different stores. Walgreens and Toys R Us.
Whats sub figures? Is it just the one figure at that price?
You think that's bad. I ordered a sealed, original Flint from eBay once and it got shipped to me in a (non-padded) envelope, which bent the bubble up to hell. I got a refund, but it was more depressing than anything that someone would have a figure kept in very good condition for 25+ years and screw it up because of something thoughtless like that.

It's true. My whole life is a lie.
Anyone familiar with Amazon? The seller responded with
Ship it back in the original package that was shipped to you. if their was a postal error damage, I need to see this to issue an insurance claim.
item cannot be opened, or damaged behind what you claim was already damaged in transit.
I'm certain that he had a damaged cardback and is trying to double down, since he didn't spend the money on protecting it but did spend the money on the insurance. Now he's trying to stick me with the shipping fees I think. I responded, asking him if he is planning on returning the shipping fees but he has not gotten back to me. He will likely collect the insurance as planned and then resell the damaged figure to another buyer, repeating the scam. Should I just go ahead and file a claim, not ship the figure back and foil his plans to cause more pain?

Sounds fishy to me. If he shipped it USPS, they make the recipient file the claim, not the sender, so I'm not sure what he's trying to do other than potentially rip you off for your $$$ and the figure. But given they'll likely refuse a refund based on the packaging he shipped it in, I don't even think a claim is even possible.
That's something that I can't figure out. I checked the return section and it looks like he is not following the steps; If he officially acknowledged the returns process, I am supposed to have an option to print a return label directly from Amazon, which I don't have. That's why I think he's trying to stiff me on shipping, because if he approves the request, it comes out of his pocket when I print it. Instead, he just emails a return address.
And the last time I had an insurance claim, I was the recipient and the seller simply gave me the insurance claim # to file, I submitted photos and was issued a check within 3 days. I'm done getting burned by shotty sellers, I'm not doing anything until I understand all of my options, and he will definately get the short end of the stick.
