I don't think it should be above Batman's waist. Looking at the pics and videos it does seem ridiculously huge/tall.

It should be a below his belt. Him and Robin would hop into it with ease in the show.

That's not even the right Batman figure for comparison.

It's in scale. And JUST LIKE the stills of the show DiFabio posted.
It goes as high as Batman's belt.

TNBA Batman is slightly taller than the BTAS one though.

And looking at that pic, that Batman appears to be standing on a raised stacks of cardboard.

Looking at the photo with BTAS Batman, it's still as high as his belt.
Nothing wrong.

I don't mind it being large, Bats and Robin are going inside for the most part anyway, at least that's what I'm doing with mine, so no big deal

I also think the scale is taller because they had to create a big enough compartment underneath to house 3 AAA batteries

So instead of going thinner which would probably piss us off they decided to go taller with the chassis. Smart move IMO

Batman can get away with it because atleast he still clears it. I bet Robin looks comical next to it though, I dunno. Don't have it in hand yet. Maybe pics are throwing it off.

One thing I'm glad they did with this that I caught on a YouTube vid that most other reviewers forgot to mention is that the steering wheel extends ou. I was worried when people stuck bats in the driver's seat and he was a few feet from the wheel. That was a great touch

I think I'll leave the seat belts off, they look like they might snap trying to tug it over bat's cape from what I saw so far.

The widest is actually the front wheel arch which is about 8.25 inches.

I think so too. I think It's just going to have to sit behind everything when I eventually get it, with figures.

I might get a spare Batman and Robin, just for the seat of it.
