Custom Painted Heads for Hot Toys?

Does anyone do custom sculpted and painted heads 1/6 size for Hot Toys figures?

I'm looking for a Morgan Freeman/Lucius Fox head, a Gary Oldman/ Jim Gordon head, Liam Neeson/ Henri Ducard head?
