I can't put my finger on it. Horrendous dreads aside, the details are all right, but something just isn't working. I think this is one of those rare occasions where replicating the prop closely doesn't yield great results. Most of the magic happens in post production, and CP could use a little "artistic license" to add a bit of life to this thing. If Sideshow hadn't totally screwed up their beautiful (and very artistic) Wolf LSB during production, it would have walked all over this CP version. Also the armour looks very plasticy in those pictures, but we'll assume it's just the camera and lighting used I guess...

For me the problem is the head being turned and facing down throws it off. The dreds are ass.

Partially agreed. The details are fine but definitely not as sharp as sideshow's. I did compare both of them, while sideshow's has more fine wrinkles/skin details. And I own the new born, so the casting quality of coolprops is just OK, with quite a few bubbles in some areas. But still, coolprops did offer a much more proper/complete wolf bust, that's what sideshow failed to offer.
Expression wise, it doesn't fall into the typical angry/wide open mouth, which may appeal to many collectors, but I now kinda like it.
As to the armor, well, even the suit/actual prop doesn't look like metal, they do look like plastic with silver paint...
I also notice this time, the teeth is not made by translucent resin anymore, it feels somehow a bit cheap compared p2 bust.

I agree with everyones comments, this is pretty lack luster for the price. He looks confused and weak in the portrait, and that shoulder guard looks plastic and cheap.

Detail, size and scale aside...

This presentation reminds me of the Diamond Predator banks. How it sits he posture of the piece...it reminds me of a cheap $30 piggy bank

There is some similarity between those two, there is no deny of it. But if you put sideshow P1 bust/ coolprops P2 bust, any iron man life size bust or even any life-size comic based bust next to this coin banks, they all share some similarity.
But there are one serious problems of this bust, which is the same level of glossiness/specular applied to the entire bust. You can't tell which part is supposed to be skin, gum, teeth, bone, metal or rubber, that made everything plasticky.
Also a base like sideshow berserker predator, will definitely help to get rid of 'coin bank' feeling. But it has to be the same design across all predator busts.

I also have it and it was very light and the hairs was done very very poorly all stuck together with very poorly finish paints it’s too bad because the sculpt was very good and her face is well done but the rest of it felt lacking

Have they announced any differences with this new one now is there any reason to buy this
