I wanted to try printing out a decal to use for a coruscant guard clone, does anyone know what I should use? Here is a picture, its not the same as Fox's although he will match in color as one of Fox's troops

Waterslide decals are what you want, but they vary depending on the type of printer you use. Also, if you print them with an inkjet printer, you will need to seal them with a clearcoat before applying.

Papilio is a good brand.

Alternately, you might want to check with one of the decal people here (evilface), as they might be able to help you out too.

If you have an Epson printer with Durabrite ink you don't need to seal the decals as druabrite ink is waterproof. I did a test with my old Epson and as soon as the printout was dry I immersed it in water and none of the ink blurred or ran it was totally waterproof.
