I doubt these will be the shiny version. Probably weathered so people don't complain and start returning their item because of a miniscule blemish.

They'll probably release a clean one first then a weathered version later.

PFs are overrated in the Star Wars world. 1/6 and 1/5 seems to be the way to go of late. I mean . . .can you imagine a 1/4 PF of Chewie? He'll tower over Vader!

Actually, these are posable. 3PO from the waist up, and R2 is fully posable with retractable leg.

Everyone seems disappointed they are not the 1/6 scale lol
Isn't ANY Sideshow incarnation of these guys cool enough, that we're finally even getting something at all?

I personally love PF's and 1/4 scale. Much more present and eye catching in a collection. I find 1/6 just gets cluttered.

Hell yes this is cool. 1/6 fans can go home and pose thier other dolls. 1/4 is the only way to go.

No offence to 1/6 collectors but I have been waiting for this for years.

Personally, I'm 1:6 only at the moment and really like the scale but can't see not being excited for this. Even if one's not interested in quarter scale at all, the 1:6 versions can only end-up better for all the work SSC's put into this release. Think we'll see more praise once the PF's been unveiled in more detail.
