Ha I'm actually completely serious. If I was an 18 year old kid working at K Mart I'd hook someone up with an early copy if they greased me like a $50

Yeah, that doesn't happen. I've worked for Best Buy as well as EB and the only time that happens is if someone ****ed up. That thing will cost you your job. The companies know if a games been sold before street date and it can actually cost them the right to sell games from that publisher.

What's the rush to get it? A few extra days won't kill you.

If you are so impatient you need to get a game a few days early, then you need to reevaluate your life. No joke. The only ways are piracy, review copies, and if you work in the store in some cases, but the latter tells me you can't usually give any customers games.

That said I did get God of War: Ghost of Sparta early for my Very Hard YouTube LP/Walkthrough and it was lovely I played it in my high school before the game was officially released, and no one in my school really cared, despite almost everyone having a PSP and loving the series, some still being high on GoW III. Some freshman flipped, but kids suck.

The batmobile edition being cancelled really sucks, I feel bad for all the people who PO'd it.

I live in NY and I get games early all the time. If you have any mom and pop game stores in your area they'll probably be selling the game early.

There it is, just got the Batmobile Edition cancellation notice from EBGames. I checked Best Buy and they still have the Collector's Edition for XBone but I'm not going to bother. Only thing EBGames is offering if you reorder a regular edition is a free 52 Skin Pack. They should have just kept it simple with a diecast Batmobile without transformer capabilities.

Yeah exactly. That's what I've been trying to find. Thanks man. I just wanted it early because I'm on a week long vacation right now and work a lot otherwise so I'm never home. There's no better way for me to relax than getting some home alone time.

People are saying there were three leaked videos floating around (one of which has the screen caps above). In the beginning and mid of the game, Joker appears to the player as a "ghost"/hallucination because of Batman's guilt. He shows up at several missions and key areas, talking to Batman. Sometimes he appears on the streets, which makes you think he's still around, and other times he'll show up chilling at Wayne Enterprises lounging in the background as you talk to Fox and get weapon upgrades. In two cases, when the player goes to turn and have Batman face the Joker after hearing his dialogue, he disappears. Joker is also prominent in a Scarecrow fear toxin sequence during one of the missions of the game.

In addition to Man-Bat being confirmed, people are saying that the Joker is in a major sequence involving Batman appearing to be unmasked to the city, Scarecrow, Arkham Knight, Gordon and Knightwing. There are claims that this gameplay has been leaked (along with a Two-Face/Penguin mission), but it was taken down with the account banned.





People are saying that there are screencaps of Man-Bat and the described sequence floating around, but I can't find them.

I guess in some parts he's not even disappearing when you look at him. He's the clean, healthy version model. He only vanishes when he's the sick/dead one.

Nope, not at all, I completely expected the Joker to make non-physical appearances, but it appears there are a couple people who already got the game so spoilers are gonna start leaking out, I don't want to be around for that.

Judging by each new leak, Joker does end up making a physical appearance when it's all said and done. Dat Hushhh

Rocksteady just couldn't resist. I could see just having hallucinations sprinkled in (even though it makes no sense for Batman to feel bad about the Joker. I mean what the ****, he views Joker in the same light as his parents?!? It should have been good riddance). But they're really going out of their way to give Joker a presence. I bet we see a Joker advertisement poster before Wed. If they had any balls, they wouldn't have had a trailer for him getting cremated, no opening including him, no ghosts, hallucinations, visions or come backs. Just abandon the character.

This game is jam packed with characters. I don't expect the story to make much sense.
