This is an interest thread to see if people are interested in 1/6 scale battery powered light saber. It is made by my friend overseas.
The picture below is taken with iPhone 5 under normal indoor lighting. No photoshop.

The light saber shows different brightness from different angel. It has full bright when viewing straight from the front. Please go to pg.2 which shows different brightness from different angle.
I know I am not a premium member yet. If there are enough people interested, I'll pay the premium member fee to start the project.
1. Minimum requirement to start the project is 25 light sabers.
2. The available colors are green, blue, red, purple, yellow and white.
3. The hilt is made with metal
4. The length of the lit section is 15 cm (Standard light saber from SS is 16 cm).
5. The cost is $38 for each light saber with battery. Battery can last for about 12 hours. Additional battery can be purchased from Ebay or sporting good stores. Paypal fee is included. No gift payment.
6. Shipping cost via USPS 1st class mail with shipping confirmation is $3 flat rate to any US address. Whether you buy 1, 2 or more, the shipping cost is the same as long as they are shipped to the same address. No international shipping at this time.
7. The deadline is Oct. 15th for the first batch. It should be ready in about 3 weeks. Payment is not due until all light sabers are done and ready to ship. Thus, you should expect to receive the light saber within 4 - 7 business days after you make Paypal payment.
