Does anyone have any tips or tricks to keep the figure on the stand? He's fallen off a couple of times after staying on for over a day even though he's posed correctly. Has anyone noticed any soft/non-magnetic areas on the stand? I'll pose him a certain way and he'll adjust to another area...

If anyone knows where in the United States to order this, please let me know. Their listing says they're not shipping to the US, which is a major bummer. Hopefully someone knows a way :wink1: Thanks.

I didn't have any issues with the paint, but I could not agree more with you on putting the head back on the neck joint. It took forever and was more of a headache that I thought it would be. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one.

I didn't see this discussed anywhere in the forum. I received my replacement Raphael head for the 7" SDCC Collectors set from August. I was shocked to see it arrive so suddenly. Keep an eye out if you're expecting something from them.

I received my turtles the other day. Can anyone give me their opinion on Raphael's bandana and eyes? They seem off and not as squinty like other photos I've seen. What about Mikey? Are his eyes normal or should I reach out to Neca CS too?

Finally got movement on my shipment after waiting since 7/26 and will have it on Monday!

I would stay away from an pre-orders on ebay. I fell victim to this scam a couple of years ago for a Hot Toys pre-order. I pre-ordered it in January and the listing said it would be available October/November. Those months came by and I heard nothing from the seller. After contacting him...

For those of you who have reached out to NECA CS, how long did it take for your to get a response? I reached to them via Twitter per the recommendation of @DioramaMaker two weeks ago and I have not heard a response. I tried this week and still nothing. Any other tips that might work?
