nope, as far as i know waterslide decal do not work on fabric the correct technique would be sublime printing ( which get rid of the image background leaving only logo printed) or just a normal tshirt transfer printing which need a background of image.. both method transfered via ironed/hot...

i think both hands is normal, from the picture maybe the mutated hands replacing hands by inserting it via hand peg like a "prototype" figure back then, not by changing the arms..

its quite good as a base, need a bigger body and some painting on body, arms and definitely a blonde hair painted so it doesnt look like nikolai comes from the grave to haunt Jill.. hehehe... Still prefer one mutated hand design that can use as a shield though than this dragonlike hand...
