Needs to come with a unique sand base with bantha poodoo...

And I would definitely buy a Jar-Jar figure, by the way.

People would definitely unironically be excited for a Jar Jar now. I don’t know how many, but probably enough. You know, I think I would be too at this point.

Looking at him with post ST clarity…

But give me my homie Yarael Poof first.

I'm not a Star Wars fan to be honest.... Apart from Batman and Robin 1966, I only have villains in my collection and I'm looking for a villain from the Star Wars films. Dear community, can you recommend the Grand Moff Tarkin to me? I love Tarkin's military style and head sculpt.

Would you say it's perhaps one of Hot Toys' best figures to date and would you recommend it to me without reservation???

Yes and yes.

Absolutely! I would definitely recommend this figure but to me honestly, if you're looking for only one villain to represent Star Wars, Darth Vader would be that figure. If you have the money, I would get the Tarkin/Vader two pack

Since Vader is essential:
Secure the Vader & Tarkin duo set. It’s a great representation of Star Wars.

Edit: What’s up with Ebay prices? They’re crazy expensive with old SW figures! This duo seems to fetch around $900, used! Current offerings are even worse, around $1400….

Thank you very much for your answer. Grand Moff Tarkin has minor flaws and is not perfect but still definitely a fantastic figure. There may not be a perfect Hot Toys figure anyway. Grand Moff Tarkin's forearm is apparently a little too long for his body and therefore the sleeves are too short for certain poses? Could it be that the material is too short for the poses? I also think the hands are a bit too big? However, the hands otherwise look good.

A double pack with Dark Vader and Grand Moff Tarkin would undoubtedly be very good for a Star Wars villain display. The prices are now very high...

Honestly, Grand Moff Tarkin gives me a bit of goosebumps and that's what I want to see in my display. By Dr. No to Goldfinger to Joker, Vulture from Jazzinc to Grand Moff Tarkin.

Thanks again. Grand Moff Tarkin – bought it now. Pure goosebumps..... ;)
