I've received these two, in the past...

Man, I have no idea if I got anything. I was in a few back-to-back work meetings, and then I had to restart my machine just now, completely forgetting I had a tab open in the background with this since 3. I guess I'll find out IF I randomly see an extra dollar in my account at some point. Doubtful.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask about this, but didn't wanna start a whole thread. How is everyone's experience with their BOGO offers? Any catches or downsides worth knowing about, like the shipping is 10x more, or is it straightforward you just get 50% of any equal/less eligible item?

I got the DX19 and the Batpod using Bogo and shipping was only one fee (~$22 with UPS within California). Which if I remember correctly was about the same shipping fee buying DX19 by itself.

I would say the only things worth noting is you must pay the total up front, no installment plan available. The half off is applied to the lesser valued item (for me the Batpod). Bogo also can’t be combined with other promos codes. Reward points is accepted though.

VBeek Erik Nope, after you are done voting (by going to the url sideshow.live) you will need to put in the given code so you can vote. Once you are done voting you have been entered and that's all you need to do. We run the lottery after the hour is up and if you win the rewards will make their way into your account.

In my experience very cagey. There are multiple rules that act like a stop gap and I felt like was in an old Choose Your Own Adventure or Sideshow's Win Lose or Die (basically the same thing. There are no new ideas). Forget buying anything less than $50 if you want to use rewards. This is not a sum total that's PER item. Beware of good deals with no free shipping. Once that and tax are added it balances. But at least they try to combine shipping which is more than I can say for mezco. I miss SS carrying more of their products. Oh and current sale items dont qualify for bogo. Basically if money or time isn't an object there are deals to be had. But if you're looking to just get in and out and feel happy about the experience, it's a gamble. Considering what we have to endure for "free" points I kinda felt it was a waste. And that's my honest opinion.
