Congrats to everyone that got an order in, GT hit a home run again it seems.

Anyone know if there's a chance of any stock of Zack being available to buy on release anywhere? A friend of mine only learned of the figure after orders closed and wants one quite badly.

Purely experience based non expert opinion: Honestly I would just keep tabs open for all the most reputable sites, plus probably the one aliexpress seller people had luck with for GT Cloud. I got my Cloud off eBay from a seller named dgta3833, maybe they’ll have a Zack or two as well?

Oh! And don’t be afraid to send out emails directly asking about potential extra stock. I did for Cloud and actually got stores letting me know there were available figures well after I’d gotten mine.

Reach out to Kit via email and see if he knows of any local availability or if he gets any cancellations from his stock.

He sourced me a Cloud figure when TWL screwed me out of my preorder.

At this stage I wouldn't go deep in any non-VII line. I like a couple other Final Fantasys well enough, but I'm a much bigger FFVII fan than I am a Final Fantasy fan.

I think Squall and Lightning have really cool swords and I'd buy them for that reason. The rest of the extended cast? Not really for me.

I think that's where most are at. main characters from the popular ones are a smart move and would probably sell, Squall/Seifer, Lightning/ Snow, Tidus/Yuna/Auron, or YShtola/ Alisae But minor characters from anybody but 7 would probably be a mistake.

That said if they made a dark knight cecil I would have no choice but to get it.

I'll be happy with whatever ff figures gt makes. Probably buy them all, so long as I can afford such frivolities.

I'm buying whoever they drop

Jeez, that Zack figure is huge.

People were slagging the VTS figure because of how tall it was, yet the GT figure is still taller than 12" ... and people are like "Well, it's in scale for the game". Yet no one said that when the VTS figure was too tall, despite the fact that we know Square cheated the scale with camera angles.

Cloud looks out of scale with everything else in my collection, and that's a problem.

This Zack figure is still shorter than the VTS Cloud lol.

???? Zack is a tall guy canonically, and Cloud is only half an inch over 12”. To compare, this is VTS next to GT.

The reason no one cares abt GT Cloud is because it’s negligible and up to debate on whether he’s even actually too tall.

IIRC Zack is way taller than Cloud (depending on the sources) but he's more or less just as tall as sephiroth

VTS Cloud is a big boi

GT Zack looks nice, super stoked.
