So I was having trouble turning the waist, left/right, side to side. It looked like video reviews showed limited articulation as well. It felt like it might break as it “snapped back” as I turned the waist. Turns out getting on there and loosing the screws a little at the waist where the ball joint is housed) fixed the problem. If you’re seems the same this fix should help get that Jango posture/body language looking better.

Three strap hangers for a jetpack on a HT figure, and one of em's upside down? Lemme grab my torch, we got some burning and pillaging to do. *boards a plane for Hong Kong*

For those that are customizing or curious, this is how the armor is attached to the vest:

Here’s the difference between the Sideshow and HT vest:

HT cod and holster. Held on with Velcro:

The padded under suit has extra padding in the boo-tay area.
Tusken Raider padding on the left, Jango padding on the right. I’ll be using the Tusken padding as it provided a great fit for my custom Tem Boba Fett:

Now with the fixed waist joint, the posture can be more authentically replicated. Knee armor moved up, crotch armor positioned so the armored belt holder rests against the bottom of the girth belt with said belt leaving a gap between the abdomen armor and the top of the belt.

So. Much. Weathering.

Would Jango have walked around with his armor like that, I'm thinking no but so HT hath decreed.

That's my only real issue with the figure. Sure I'm not in love with the headsculpt but I don't hate it, just won't use it.
The weathering though. Especially on those gauntlets. Way too much and it annoys the hell out of me.

I feel the same way but even though I hated AOTC,I still like the jango design. I don't think there is much more they could do from that film I would order...except jar jar

I didn't remember Jango to look this good to be honest. I always thought his design is a Boba Fett copy. But now, seeing this figure, he really stands out.

I won't get Jar Jar, but I would love to see its execution as a figure.

Only OT. No PT...

I’m selling my Rex and 501st to concentrate on OT and anything “close” to it (Mando/Andor/Kenobi) but Jango is the one which will break that rule as he fits in well with other Mandalorians.

Might also pick up the recent R2 but he’s timeless and will easy pass for him at any other point - someone may know the differences by looking but I certainly don’t so it’s likely few who ever se my collection will 😂

I always found Jango to have quite a distinct look. More tactical, bit more like a Rogue cop type of look. Complete armour, more uniform, clean and the distinct silver, purple/blue flight suit and blue paint on the inside of the helmet. Boba Fett is a bit more like a soldier of fortune look, western villain…he is definitely more weathered, more traveled.

I love Jango’s look though. It was a very nice update to Bobas look at the time and I think it has its own character to it. Also lending itself to the fact Jango was obviously taken care on Kamino, his armour was probably kept clean and well taken care of.
