I have that Deadpool statue, and I display it with my X-men PFs. In my opinion, he doesn't look out of place at all. He is probably more like 1:3.5 than 1:4, but because he is in such a crouched pose the height difference is unnoticeable.

Just came back from watching the movie, which was great, and I am extremely happy that I pre-ordered this. In the movie cap was indeed left handed but the shield is battle-damaged throughout the entire film which fits with the ex.

My friend just offered to sell his Gambit EX to me for $500 and I saw on myauctionreports.com that the last 2 have gone for under $500. Do you think this is a good price?
