I'm a bit baffled as to how the pre order on this is continually getting pushed back.

First it was September. Then October. Then November. Then December-January. Now it's January-February.

I mean I get changing a release date.....but come on.

That's the problem with batch production. You can throw shipping estimates right out the window.

Yeah, this sucks waiting around for this new batch to finaly get to their warehouse.

How does one go about cancelling an order that has been delayed and getting back a full refund with NRD? Also, if payments were flex, do we still get a full refund or do we have to pay the flex payment fees?

You contact them and say this is the Xth time its delayed I want to cancel. If something gets delayed past 60 days I believe your entitled to everything back.

How can you look up when the original ETA was? I forgot to write it down. I still have 2 flex payments left for Dec and Jan but it was pushed back to Mar-Apr 2018. Does that warrant a full refund including NRD and flex fees?

After a delay of more than 30 days of the originally agreed to release date, they're required to give you back any and all money paid.

Just tell them because of the delays you'd like all your flex payments and nrd back and they're always super helpful

If it's just delayed the one time, it is okay to do so? Is there a reason or policy we have to point out that allows us to cancel on delays? Or do you just say the item was delayed and I want my money back? I had heard some people had a hard time with it and that's why their release date ETAs were changed to cover a few months instead of one, so I'm curious how it works since I've never cancelled on a delay before. Looks like it was originally supposed to release January 2018 to March 2018 but now it's March 2018 to April 2018.

yeah, my order was supposed to ship Oct, then Dec, and now it's Feb/March. Not sure what's going on with this

I was going to buy this one, now I just moved on to the new SS Wonder Woman, which looks absolutely gorgeous by the way! Hopefully in hand looks as good as the prototype. I was done collecting, but realized I needed a Wonder Woman PF to complete my 1/4 scale trinity.

That would be a great improvement if they replaced the pins with magnets for the spear and shield. Let's hope they changed those unreliable pins.

Mine Just arrived. Nice job by SS, with this new batch they went to magnets on the arms and got rid of the pins.
