Yeah, it's going good so far! Although, a lot of people simply suck at staying alive in the Junkenstein survival games. I got a few loot boxes, though. How about you?

Been super busy so I haven't had much time to play. I agree though, for how simple of a concept it is, people sure do have a hard time staying alive. :lol

I've gotten some cool skins though, the coolest being reaper so far.

Mass Effect Andromeda. Did it in two sessions. I give it a 6,9 out a 10. It's not really bad. But it sucks as a Mass Effect game and the rest has been said to dead. I couldn't be bothered doing all the loyalty missions which is a first.

Forgot Yakuza Zero before Mass Effect. Yakuza Zero is a 9 out a 10. First Yakuza game I played. Fresh, good story and fun.

Did Prey before that and that's a 9,5 out of 10. Couldn't put it down. My kind of game. I like immersive sim games.

Resident Evil 7

A commendable effort by Capcom to reclaim the former glory of the series with a competent horror approach. Unfortunately, the game front loads you with the scares, with the second half feeling decidedly out of place and all the staples of the hammy American horror tropes are here to the point of being embarrassing. A severe lack of enemy variety, generic boss battles and insultingly easy "puzzles" does not elevate the game to anything noteworthy either. A good first step by Capcom to finally make Resident Evil what it is again, but alas there's a lot of steps left on that stairs.

7/10.

Wofenstein 2 : The New Colossus - 7/10

Excellent gun blazing + gore and many improvements from last Wolf games. Game kinda short and story is..meh. Looking for the last confrontation with Hitler himself in next...maybe final Wolf game.

I'd rather play RE6 again. At least I wasn't bored through the majority of it.

What’s wrong with it?

Also, have you tried End of Zoe?

It's immediately apparent that Chris didn't need to be in this game, whatsoever. There's no reason I'd ever replay it.

End of Zoe is a lot of fun just for the simple fact you do it bare handed... and Joe Baker makes Chris's boulder punching pathetic :lol He probably could welt up Wesker. Not win mind you, but Umbrella should of been injecting Joe's blood into people to make BOWs.

Horizon Zero Dawn: 8/10

Beautiful game. Solid but repetitive gameplay. Run. Kill. Loot. Repeat. But the mechanics were fun so it wasn't too much of a bother. The weapons were a stand out and enjoyable. I love the trip wires and rope caster. But like any game, later on the fun survival tactics of laying traps start to become less important as you get more powerful. Battles start to become less interesting. Item management could have been better. And the weapon select wheel needs to just have every weapon on it so you don't have to pause the game and go into the weapons menu to put a different weapon on the four direction wheel.

Story was okay. Boring for a while but had a good emotional payoff. Almost no interesting characters. Aloy is a little standard and dull, but she's capable and competent. The only other good character is the "voice in your ear" character. He's great. Hated the Mass Effect style of dialogue cutscenes where the two people just stand facing each other and throw words at each other. The sometimes dead pan faces didn't help much. You could tell certain characters had more time put into their animations than others.

The world you explore is great though. Really pretty to look at even though most of the things you do is just run here and collect that. Still had fun though. In future games, I hope they make the movement through the world a little more interesting, specifically the climbing. Too often I found myself unable to jump up a shin high rock while scaling a hill...super lame.

I paid $7 for this game on black Friday, so I definitely got my monies worth :lol I will likely download the DLC :rock

I started playing this and, honestly, have very little interest in carrying on. I'm finding it to be pretty boring and standard for games these days. :dunno

It is, and honestly, if you've played any Assassins Creed since the 2nd one (or any action rpg really), this almost feels like a copy and paste. It's a well made game....but little to no innovation. It all comes down to whether you're into the setting and characters... the latter being extremely boring.

I'd like a little more interactivity with the robots in the next one. Maybe a little Shadow of the Colossus style climbing on the big ones...or maybe even a hack ability that lets you control them first hand.

Arkham Knight 8.5/10

+
Art Design
Graphics
Combat
Doing non-tank Batman stuff around city
Replayability (thank god they cut down on the trophy # and made it easier to hunt them)

-
Bosses (most were just tank fights... was severely disappointed when they even made the Deathstroke fight a ****ing tank battle. Otherwise, I didn't actually mind the tank THAT much)

Could have been easy 9.5 if they just gave us real boss fights instead of tank fights.

If you have that much criticism towards Horizon zero Dawn I don't really understand your score, it should be lower than that. Sounds to me more like a 6 out of 10.

Because I only paid $7 and put about 50 hours into the game :lol

And if you'll look, i almost weigh every negative against a positive. A lot balances out
