I know right, thought I was safe with the second batch and now my paranoid ass will be watching this damn thing constantly. Ugh.

I'd say that has slight leaning issue. Holy crap! You sure they didn't destroy this on purpose for a Sideshow exchange?

Wow! That's horrible. I feel for the owner of that PF. That wasn't yours DFan, right?

No, mine is safely stored away until I move, but this has got me worried. I really like the sculpted cape and wish I could continue using. Someone suggested recasting it and making it with a lighter material. I'd buy one.

I don't know what to say. I've had mine since the first week the first batch of Ex's shipped. It's been on display (with the sculpted cape) since then and mine has held up perfectly. It's straight as an arrow with no leaning, wobbling, or issues. Funny enough, I need an extra felt pad to keep my Bats PF from wobbling but my Supes PF has been perfect since the day I got years ago.

I wonder if there had been some stress cracking at the waist from shipping and the integrity had been jeapordized from day one. It’s hard to tell under the clothing if anything is wrong I suspect until it just give out one day.

Something had to be wrong. This is the first time we've seen anything like this.

The problem is the weight of the cape over time puts stress on the statue, since there is no metal rods going through his mid section the stress is all on the polystone, which eventually bends, then cracks and then snaps... Will it happen to all the statues given time? not sure... but I am glad I sold mine last year, even though I was only able to get $280 for it, it's better then a broken statue that's worth $0
