But have you watched the actual fight recently, he can do basically everything a normal IM suit can do with slightly more padding :p I also appreciate that being it is a digital model and there a no physics for it.

Well that's kinda the answer there. I'm sure a lot of people would like diecast Bayverse Transformers that replicate what they do in the movies, but I doubt anyone has managed it yet. I'd be really cool if someone could get a toy or model to replicate Galvatron's transformation, but that certainly won't happen any time..

I, for one, am excited to own this piece. He looks absolutely gorgeous. However, I don’t see why people can’t voice their opinions of displeasure at certain aspects. Calling people “overgrown kids” just because someone’s opinion differs from you is petty at best.

I recently shared my thoughts on the SSC Legendary Scale Batman figure and the moderator basically posted "Don't like it don't buy it.. I'm far from a negative person here and thought hmmm I quess I can't express my feelings and thoughts about something without being called out...:)

Its the internet...what do you expect..

I was sharing my thoughts on that awful HT Wonder Woman and everyone got out their pitchforks really quick.

And yet there is no need to call others children when they are voicing their dislike for something in particular

Um, not to nitpick… but you can't even achieve that pose with the HT Age of Ultron Hulk.
His legs don't go nearly that wide, either.

These are not "action pose" figures. They are articulated models that are supposed to be true to
the designs on screen.

and regarding my previous comment...

HAHAHAHAHAHA!! Awesome meme!

I think it turned out great. I think some of the criticism is from people justifying why they won't be buying it. If I had money to burn, I would get this.

I don't think the outward pointing knees would be the first thing I would be thinking about if I saw this in person. I don't think I would put a full figure into this, it's a nice feature but I would just use the bust. By the way, If anyone puts the pepper potts with iron man helmet on on this I think that would be cool.

I can't wait for the day I have a house with a garage I can turn into a 1/6th museum of sorts and have this guys as my centerpiece with mk43 busting out of it all lit up.

Definitely going to have to go over the manual thoroughly. I can already imagine people not reading the manual, end up breaking parts, and then complain about the QC :lol

I'm going to be putting everyone in it starting with deadpool :lol

I hope this is still around in November. I really wanna pick one up, but I have a lot on pre-order.

For those on the fence, I think your best bet is to wait for the release of the IW trailer so you can get a better look at the IW Hulkbuster featured.

Because if it's remotely similar to HB from AOU then it's probably a smart idea to wait for the release of the inevitable IW one. It will for sure have improvements and whatnot.

Also for those who believe Hot Toys won't release another HB for IW, I'd say you're dead wrong. They've already taken their sweet time doing the R&D into producing this figure, so if they get another chance to milk it you bet Hot Toys definitely will.

If this one sells well enough for them to make a second one. How long have people been waiting for the BBTF2 Delorean? It's more popular than the 1st and the prototype has been done for years.

I doubt it will be much of an upgrade, they have been working on this for over two years not much will change in a few months. They will keep as much as they can the same to keep costs down. They will change the exterior body, maybe more BD parts and a Stark HS and without a doubt raise the price.

Alright, that's it. I'm backing out on this one. Hindered articulation. Slim hips. Doesn't look like the proto. Getting my money back from Sideshow. Can't believe I waited so long for this one. Biggest letdown of the year. You suck, Hulkbuster!

Just wait for the IW Hulkbuster that will be released in another 2 years. :rotfl

Nailed it right here.

I think its because a lot of collectors are overgrown "kids" complaining about things that they, themselves, cant make.
They don't understand the engineering needed to create one of these things.

I am a hardware/software engineer and I dont even know how to make one of these lmao..

100% agreed.
I´m a technical drafter, means I see a lot of things, engineeringwise and my coworkers are always intrigued at the design and how pieces like those are realized, especially like War Machine Mark 1 diecast, with the knee articulation, but also Transformers.

I think it´s missing realism here. There need to be fittings, tolerances, materials need to withstand stuff.
It´s not like...poured as a full, able to do all the things.
2 years...for this...is NOTHING.

Megatron 2.0, MP36 took 10 years to be made.
It´s a friggin humanoid robot, nailed in terms of looks and it transforms into a handheld gun.

What else do you want? Realism, people...try to expand your thoughts.
Calculations, 3D models, drawings, approval process, making, fitting..."****, doesn´t fit...back to the drawing board."
It goes like this and you get that...you can FIT A FULL MARK 43 in it and STILL people complain.
SMH.
