Thanks..i used an ordinary supermarket plastic bag for the cowl. The original SS cowl pops out easy enough with a little added heat. You can then use the SS cowl as a template for the new plastic one

I'd be curious to see what the Sideshow figure looks like with the HT helmet/mask and gloves. I am hoping to upgrade my Sideshow versions with those parts when they become available.

I might do that myself as i think the HT helmet and gloves work great on the SS version...the only niggle is that the SS neck post/barbell is too big for the HT helmet to fit so needs swapping out. hi! I missed on all the helmets Toy Anxiety had, so I had to try a cheaper and more available way to improve the snowtrooper....

Far from Hot Toys, but I am happy to try this!

I want to do the same if I can find two more HT snow trooper heads I will do the same thing. I do as well like the mix of two different company`s of ss and ht.

it's just the Bandai helmet. I got it for a very cheap price, less than 10 EUR shipped and I thought I would give it a go.



Now I want to replace the cowl (sculpted) with a bigger and flexible one (made with that plastic UPS envelope....)

those look awesome might have to get a couple of them. how much work did you have to do to make them work on the sideshow body

I did almost nothing... took some pliers and bent the lower part till the hole was enough for the neck to fit.
