The more I look at the batcave, the more I want it for Old Batman Beyond Bruce and not any of the TAS figures.

So finally, 14 months after placing a pre-order and 5 months after release, shopDCentertainment charged my card for the batwing.

I had given up on this, thinking they were reneging on the deal since I preordered it at $100. But, low and behold, the card was charged yesterday and the package has been shipped.

Hey all, finally decided to join the band wagon today since the arkham line is all but finished :,( just wondering if there are any particularly rare figures to keep my eye out for or are they all relatively common?

Welcome. No I don't think anything is particularly rare. I'm pretty sure everything can be found somewhere online including Amazon for a very decent price.


So guys, does this new animated movie mean the possibility of some new animated figures? Nightwing with a new head?

With the popularity of the line, and the popularity of Harley Quinn, I'd say it is very likely. We know it would be a box set though, so I'd imagine we'd get:

Batman (Duplicate)
Nightwing (New head, old body)
Harley (New sculpt in new costume shown in the preview - the main draw for the set)
Ivy (Duplicate)
Floranic Man (possibly)

I actually kind of like the voice. It is a little weird to hear coming from the classic style Harley, but since Arleen Sorkin is retired, I think it works well enough, considering.

Really bummed Diane Pershing isn't back for ivy. Also I hope that Harley and ivy make up by the end because their dynamic was probably the best part about tnba. Though it probably just wouldn't be the same without Diane and Arleen.

A box set for this is a no-brainer. I'd be surprised if DCC wasn't already putting something together as we type.

While I don't have a problem with another TNBA Batman (assuming he'll get his own Expressions pack), I've no need for yet another TNBA ivy. They'll have to at least give her a different portrait, like Nightwing. Harley in a new costume? Yes, please.

And if we're ever going to get an animated-style Floronic Man, this is it!

I would assume if they were to do a set they wouldn't use any dupe figs. Seeing as the movie isn't part of the DCAU, I think they would make totally new figs if they were to make any at all. If they do make some, I just hope they aren't hideous like those Son of Batman figs. Also, I would prefer 7 inch scale. I still want a Batwoman from Bad Blood

If you're a completionist, or want a particular version of a figure, it's worth telling you there are two versions of a couple of these figures. The first versions of The New Batman Adventures Batman figure and Batman The Animated Series Catwoman have "hip holes" and a "75 Years" sticker in the top corner of the bubble. The revised versions fills the hip holes and have better paint (IMO). Also, some of the very first batch of The Mask of The Phantasm set have a Batman figure with his teeth unpainted, this was caught and corrected very quickly. I bought the first one, but exchanged it for one with painted teeth as soon as my local comic shop got the fixed version.
