Largely seeing this, even out of the box, gives me a bit of hope for Ash. This is a step up for SS, to be honest.

I really like mine also. I've already touched up the head, repainted the eyes and still plan to do more. I also added more padding to the belly and am in the processes of lengthing the neck. I'm trying to figure out how to mod the hair so he can tilt his head back farther. With how ive painted the eyes, it's needed.

You're right this figure would have benefited greatly by having a giraffe neck. I popped off the head and just having it sit higher improved the look. And man does that head not tilt back at all.

This figure grows on me every time I see a new photo of it. I may use the RP I have saved up to knock this guy down to $200, which I guess is okay-ish. Disappointed with the lack of accessories.

I removed the head plug, trimmed the sides, added material to the front part, heated the head and put it back in.
It's not as pronounced as in the picture. Getting massive lense distortion from my phone.

I wish we could see what this figure looks like with eyes repainted looking up rather than down.

Standard neck plug with paint and sculpting.
Not a terrible figure just not worth the price of admission.
Glad I added it to the collection. As with SS's Wolverine there are some nice things going on with the figure. The tailoring is better than what was initially expected from those earlier pics. The clothing does require some futzing. Out of the box he's kind of dumpy and doesn't look like Keaton's Beetlejuice physique. I don't really mind the sculpted hair aside from it restricting movement. Sadly, the sculpt isn't better in person. What you see is what you get. With some good lighting he will display well even without mods to the sculpt.

Here's the tombstone. The light up feature is nice and the sculpt is really great. Shame its such an expensive extra. It really should have come with the figure tbh
Packaging is nicer than the figure's box I think. Just a bit more stylized. It should help the display a bit more.

I saw this on display in person at Timewalker today, the sculpt, paint, and clothing looked great to me. Yeah the expression isn't right for Beetlejuice, but it did look like Keaton and the paint is the best I've seen from Sideshow.

Time to share my cabinet pose with the tombstone. Forgive the dull colours my phone shows my cool white led lights as blue do my whole cabinet looks like some sort of ***** nightclub so had to use a filter.
