Well, there you go guys. I was just BANNED from their 3A official forum, with no warnings or anything.

Typical. Avoid the problems by ignoring and blocking them. That is great of the,. No more 3A figures from me anymore!

Unfortunately there may be only a small percentage of HALO fans directly participating on their forum, 3A probably cares very little as long as the money flows-in their bank accounts.

Oh wells, after Gabriel im done with them. In fact I dont want to come off as cruel, I kind of wish Gabriel is bad now, so I can return both the figures back to them and sell off the rest of my 3A figures.

I will try and see who to contact with at MS, to see if they are willing to give the license to somebody else or see what is the situation with them right now.

Well they arent taking these issues seriously, so why bother. I'll just stop buying their stuff and I'll have less to think about in the long run. They will continue to rape more money off ppl and live life happily. World sucks but thats how it is. If thorne and recruit do turn out great, then thats good for everyone, but even if it was good, I will still sell him and the rest of the collection. I have no love for the line or for 3A's work anymore.

I will still keep an eye and wish everyone happy with their purchases. Just not in it for me now.

Hi, lucky you caught up quick enough and I hoped not just my reviews but others on here/facebook/youtube have helped make the decision for you much easier.
I know there isn't much choice of 1/6 scaled articulated halo figures out there and thats probs why we are stuck with 3a on this subject and they know that. However I've had enough waiting for their figures and BS, bait and switch or how ever we call it in here.

Save yourself some money, save yourself some frustration.

Ah, good old Gregory to come in and save Gimbat and the day. Yeah after his comment and my reply to him (As shown a few pages back), he cant handle the truth nor the facts. He doesnt even have a clue when the Spartan release date is and hes suppose to be working at 3A? Would it take too long to check their own shipping schedule? He even said Kim told him that the spartans will be ok. That was back at sdcc, he didnt even bother to post this info to reassure their customers? Wow, this guy needs to be sacked.

Who do we contact for a refund? I only messed with mine for a day because i had to go out of town and got back monday. its been in the box since i got it after i couldnt get it to stand, hold a gun, and some paint on the rubber suit just peeled.

No problem. Let us know how you get on. Im glad you could get your money back and won't have to lose out money and stress wise. If the figure was a great figure I would tell you not to return it.

Just looked at shipping costs to get my Chief back to them, and have to fork out £50 to send him back, which Is annoying. Just emailed again as they asked to check the bill before sending (wtf?) I want to be sure they will cover it.

In related Halo news, I had this Kotobukiya arrive today, for half the price, its a little on the small side (12" instead of true 1/6) but 3A's Chief was too tall for my detolf anyway.

This one looks great, might touch up the paint a little but very happy!

Many have said 3A will agree to pay you back the shipping costs. Though its always best to get a double confirmation from them. My question is how long does it take to refund you once they receive the figure back.

That Koto figure is pretty good. Have you considered getting the NECA figure. That one is great too.
The recent new additions of halo figures from play arts kai are worth thinking too.

After seeing the 3A one in hand, none of those other ones have good enough paint for me to get them. I also don't like how a lot of those suits look.

Even though the Chief is complete trash.
