Well how does the wait list work? I had a Harley Quinn exclusive on wait list once, I thought I wouldnt get it and when the regular released I purchased it, then Sideshow contact me and sent it out. I had to return the regular. Am I gona be on wait until "September" to find out if I am screwed?

No. They will inform as soon as your wait list converts but you might be waiting awhile
I don't understand why Cap isn't designed like Batman with interchangeable face plates. So dumb....

A waitlist can convert to an order at any time. Id like to think it is in the order of waitlists received but Ive seen posts that suggest it can be random and not based on waitlist reservation dates. I dont think anyone can honestly say. I can tell you I had a Christopher Reeve EX waitlist that converted to an order. It happened close to the ship date. Waitlista convert when stock becomes available or when people cancel their orders. So between now and September if someone cancels a Pre-Order, someone's waitlist should convert. Close to release people cancel for lack of funds, too. That opens up more waitlist conversions. In rare cases SS finds stock hiding someplace. It just depends.
Keep hope alive yours will convert. You never know. Im on the waitlist, too. Just gotta hold onto that hope, my friend. It could convert at any time.

I know. Winter Soldier could have been done with interchangeable face ala Dx Jack Sparrow. Could had mask, eye paint and no paint faces. What was HT thinking????
Oh yea, I make more figures I get more money than adding face sculpts to current figure...duh

You have a strong chance of it converting. It might be awhile but a lot convert. I had two convert 6 mos after figure was released....patience

Why did SS remove this figure from their site? Sold out or not, don't they at least keep the figure's page and pics up?

Every figure is still there, they are just hidden. Toward the bottom of any Sideshow Page, look for "Search Product Archive", there you can find any listing
They'll most likely wanna keep that for the 2.0 version.
Not every figure. They took the Universal figures off awhile back.
Here's a little tip. If you are looking for something and cannot find it, go to google and type in "Sideshow Toy (Insert figure name here)"
