I agree that it has more issues than just the joints, but quite a few of you really did seem angry by the mere fact that there were joints and I think that's what they're addressing. You look on their FaceBook and sadly the majority seem to be angry for largely this alone, like they were promised a seamless body.

I think most of the focus is how far removed the new piece is from the initial prototype, joints or not. It literally looks like Enterbay has produced their own cheap Chinese knockoff of their prototype figure. It's like showcasing a golden egg and the end result is poop mushed up into a ball and painted gold. :(

I just need to know if these heads will go on a 3.5 body,if they do, problems solved for me.

They will fit on a HT BL body...

The way it looks at the moment, yes but the ball joint in the head might be too big for a Ht body...Who knows.I also think the Heads on this one would be way too big for the tiny Ht body if this body is the same height as EB's previous ones.

:lecture:lecture:lecture Very good point. I didn't think of this either.

Automatically assume? I think if you're going to put $300 down on something you should have more than just assumptions. I agree that it was a ridiculous way to introduce the figure, but from very early on I feel they made it quite clear that the body would be broken up. I can understand disappointment in how it's been broken up, the end result, but complaining that the body isn't seamless, as though that's what was being offered, is idiotic. Those screaming about there being joints are doing nothing but drowning out legitimate criticism, it seems to me.

Oh, I don't know about that... I don't mean to be the defender of EB here, I feel they warrant criticism, but many (or all?) of the posts people posted are still up there, they haven't been removed, including insanity like this:

"Enterbay, u have been shot in d head by fans anger just like Osama. Now he's dead n buried in sea. Can't u see ur similarity??? U will fall n b buried along with ur lies n failures!! "

No offense, but for you to have been blocked I have to imagine it was warranted.

i saw his comments he even replied to one of my comments, they were funny, pulling the piss, a guy wanted some chinese figure he said it would end up looking like some other chinese dude that sort of thing, seems enterbay dont have a sence of humour, after seeing that figure i aint got much of one right now either:mad:....nothing nasty that i saw

Look Im assuming it will fit because no matter the difference both HT and EB made their Bruce to 1/6th scale and the EB BL and HT BL are not 'greatly' different in size so the ball cavity for the HT body though smaller may still be manipulated (heated and parted) to be able to fit the EB head. And yes if the bobble head effect is what bothers people, Ill have to say that EB's Bruce's before FoF and Kato WERE Bobble heads. But in display the difference in proportion wont look glaring or rather I believe it wont even be noticeable.

Also we are both speculating, this new EB body is a completely new mold and sculpt. It could have become slightly smaller from the previous ones OR slightly bigger... anyway when I get the figure Ill try it with the provided muscle body. If I see that the rubber body is giving the issues of past... then only will I replace it with the HT body

I'm interested to see how the body turns out scale-wise also. IMO Ip Man was way too tall. Before I swapped him to a TT he was even taller, as the EB body had its neck ball joint higher up than the TT. Fingers crossed the body is closer in scale to the HT Bruce, and that the BD HS comes out stellar. I'm guessing that the queue for this set-up will be pretty long given all that's happened.

Hmm I dont know if anyone's interested but Enterbay told me today that the figure will come out in June AND the newly developed Bruce Lee Muscle Body will be put for sale separately from July.

So If the body turns out great in hand and is also analogous to the HT BL body, I can see a lot of people who didnt get the HT exclusive body making a Beeline for it. Also if somehow it turns out 'better' than the HT body a lot of people might want to replace the HT body with it...

I can see customisers having a field day with it... provided it turns out to be good and durable

I dunno. If it looks anything like it does now, I can see EB customers driving up the price of the HT bodies. Plus there's the height issue. I don't see EB making this figure shorter than all their previous Lee figures. So the HT will look pinheaded on the body.

Cant say Pin headed, but yeah there will be like HT say 'slight reduction in height which is a normal production result' :lol Also like I said all the EB heads before FoF and Kato were bigger compared to body proportion and it was pretty glaring when the torso was not clothed. BTW honestly for those like me who own both an Enterbay Bruce and the HT DX04 and have both on display side by side, I have to say the height/proportion difference isnt noticeable in the least.

Yeah Probably, BTW which EB Bruce Lee have you got 'nam? any of the older ones or the newer ones like Kato and FoF?

The '08 FoF figure and a custom GoD (streetwear) I bashed from loose EB parts and 70's clothes I picked up off of ebay. Hopefully HT will pick up the license to do some of the HK movies so I can get a Big Boss figure and sell the rest. Seems like EB's made it clear they don't want to make one, so HT's our only hope. :lol

Nice! you got any pics of that custom kitbashed figure? :)

I have just visited Enterbay Store in Hong Kong, and I got to see what the new version of the Game of Death Damage (serious) and Smiling figures looked like in real life. My personal opinion is that they look so much better in real life compared to photos we have all seen before when actually standing in front of the figures and looking at them m with my own eyes myself. I have tried to take a few more pictures of these two beautiful figures - but the pictures do not fully gave justice to what they look like as I have to say that I am not a professional photographer genius, nor did I use a good camera.

I am a detail freak myself, and have to admit I also was quite disappointed and very sceptical when I saw the first photographs of this new developed body from which was displayed at Enterbay's figure stand in Bejing, and yes I actually had my strong doubts if I was going to get these, but now that I have seen them myself with my own eyes displayed in the window of Enterbay Store I have totally changed my mind !

I am getting this new "Game of Death" figure release !!

The bare chested Lee version does not look like Lee's body at all. He looks better with the jumpsuit completely on though.

But yeah, definitely not worth $300.

I only see that $300 thing due to that wooden diorama, If EB gave us a backdrop like HT gave for the DX04 Im sure the prices would be cheaper...
