Doesn't make sense to pose Joes with cartoon rifles and Cobras with realistic ones. If they are gonna do one, they should do the other.

just sell them in a god darn 5 pack or something. I don't think people that prefer the realistic weapons should have to pay extra for weapons they won't pose them with. same goes for the joe rifles. sell the rifles for $25 a 5 pack and knock $5 off the price of the figures.

They wouldn't work as the exclusive unless they start breaking their self imposed rule of not reusing exclusive accessories with other figures. They're going to include the laser rifle with all future Joes, makes sense to do it with the Cobra troops as well.

its hard to tell what's priced as what within a bundle. but my own hunch is that a 5 pack of guns from SSC would probably cost about $25. So roughly, thats $5 a gun discounting the packaging and what have you.
as for the exclusive, I agree that would work especially considering the 3 cobras haven't had exclusives at all anyway.

Only the exclusive is $125. Wasn't Snake Eyes $120? Because that's what the regular Duke costs, and he has the extra rifle.
If with everything Duke has he only costs what Snake Eyes cost, I don't see that removing the cartoon rifle from the equation would lower the price.

I'm not the Cheapasstein complaining about the price.
I think $5 is well worth the binoculars since a set with shipping would fetch about $10 on EbaY anyway.

I know. I was explaining why I didn't think there was any kind of financial consideration involved. The gun didn't raise the price on Duke, so it wouldn't on Cobras.

the binocs raised the price of the Duke....so 6 of one half dozen of the other. the more accessories, the higher the production cost and the arguments been put forth in the waypoint dio thread that higher production cost=higher prices.
