really raises into question if it's worth it spending that much when you open the door to custom stuff. buy the standard inart pack for its accessories, bodies, hands, get custom clothes and a custom head to bring things to the next level?

of course this is like 1.5/2 figures with 2 rooted sculpts and not one.

i just think its a bit absurd. surprised this is going for more than i expected. thought this would be sitting around 1400-1500 but ill be surprised if its 2k+ for this set.

I'm sure we'll see all kinds of pricing as the market tries to find its value. In a few years time, when there are very few unopened rooted 2-packs left, the price could get very high indeed.

Pretty sure those are bots, to fool into someone to buy at that price. No figure, non, are worth that much.

It's on the OSR BST page so I doubt it's bots but still possible I guess. Not surprised though since that's probably the first double rooted pack I've seen for sale so I guess $1600 isn't crazy to collectors on FB who missed out.

This figure is so much fun to futz. So, my initial pose here is nothing dynamic... just a stable pose, until I try to tackle the grenade placement... much futzing still to go...

Here's a fun discovery -- the InArt Joker overcoat does the same thing the movie version does -- depending on light, the coat color changes from blue-purple to warmer purple...

See the left side has a bluish tint (like night Joker) while the right side has a warmer purple hue.

Left = florescent light - Right = warm amber bulb

The hair on your Joker looks like he has a mullet Wor It's probably just the angle of the photo, but that is the first thing that I noticed.

Oh no... is it difficult?

Seems like those grenades don't want to stay in the straps. I'm anticipating using a tiny piece of blutac (not acquired from inside the head thankfully) to hold each grenade in place. But I'm still not certain I want to have the grenade pose be my final pose.

I was also thinking that the smirk head might be better for the Hit Me stance -- you know, with the knife in hand, he gives that little smirk as he approaches Batman.

Don’t use the grenade rig. The weight of it will destroy those purple strings.

When I get my rooted, I might make my sculpted purple jacket a grenade rig one using my DX01 plastic grenades.
