I'm very excited after seeing all those InArt videos. The sculpted looks great too.

I do hope that large box doesn't create hardship or extra costs for anyone. Maybe by Feb when this ships things will be better.
Isn't the economic outlook pretty terrible overall for next year? Can't imagine that will be the case.

I know people like to post that eating popcorn meme in situations like these, but hell, this has been what this thread has been like for the last several weeks. Has been fun to follow along, looking forward to the continued chaos as the crappy early pictures surface.
I am very much looking foward to more inevitable melt downs. Now that I've lost faith in people not making quick cancellations over a bad pic i have no doubts there will be people who'll forget about the inart videos and implode over a bad collectors pic.

Was shipping and handling included in the original preorder price? If so, do we have to pay extra for the shipping? I saw a post by Onesixthkit saying that the shipping would be the cost of a HT figure because the box is larger than expected. Does that mean we'll have to pay an additional $250-$300 just to get the figure? That's rough.

I remember when InArt first popped onto the scene and people were saying 'This figure will mark a moment in the history of this extravagent hobby of ours' and I'd say that statement holds true now that release is imminent. This is an event!
Although, ultimately, it feels more like I'm geting Jokor as a tribute to this thread now than the beloved movie.

Sounds like anyone who PO'd with Toys Wonderland is likely to have a heart attack once that shipping quote arrives.
Mine has been fully paid off with EMS shipping (which cost a lot if I recall correctly) since day one of POs with KG so I'm hoping they don't have to beg for extra cash to send it out.

I worry that shipping costs will actually cost Kit money so, if Kit has to send emails out asking for additional shipping payment due to the package size and weight, who will be understanding and who will kick up a fuss?
The deluxe packaging likley could have been designed more economically but, given the foam padding approach, the head compartments and the weight of the cell and wood dio, the box either needed to be as long as it currently is or very deep and consist of about 4 tiers. Either way must take it into the large package dimensions.

No shipping is included with the price we paid. The figure is cheaper for those in HK. OSK and GianToys always factors in shipping cost into the price before listing it on their site, which is why it's always more expensive on their for international customers compared to retail HK prices.

Who knows what will happen with this figure but I've never heard of OSK or GianToy asking for more money on shipment.

That can't be true? HT boxes cost an additional $250 to ship?

Maybe only some countries? 😔
I am worried. It's not worth it at $1300-$1400

Looks like it turned out really nice. I'm going to think on it, however, because my heart still isn't with this one - if they released the haired as a single edition I would definitely. But with having to pay it off and a huge import price and probably import tax I might have to give it a miss.

But very happy for all of you who ordered, looks like they kept up with what they were showing, now quite the proto but not far off either. I think, if true, people saying it looks worse that Dx11 have turned out to be the real Jokor's.

I've got ~15 figures, and ~25 to-be-released plus another ~30 I need to play catch up with Omnis, in my wishlist for 2023. And we're talking pure indulgence here. Not clothes, or actual books without funny pictures.

So. Yeah... I spent 200€ on two Omnis yesterday, so that's two down at least...

I need to tone it down a bit. Well, at least I've almost paid off my Jokor, and haven't POed anything since the MK III, so there's that. EP II Ani & Padme were tempting, but I'll waiting for the ROTS versions or get nothing at all. I've got to many interests to get whatever variant tickles my fancy.

Now that JOKOR is out, can we please get moving on Paul and the rest? I cancelled my DX19 ages ago, I need IA to show off their Baleman.

It looks pretty good to me. I couldn't fork over 1K for the rooted, and while it's a bit too bulky, I'm fine with the sculpted. As far as I'm concerned, my Ledger Joker has been taken care of. I'm thankful I'm not a TDK uberfan to notice all the inaccuracies and whatnot.

No, Kit was saying that due to how large (and probably how heavy) this box is, he fears the shipping price will probably be as much as a hot toys retail price, which is probably more than he anticipated it would given that Kit normally tries to factor in shipping prices in the final price. He wasn’t saying that a HT figure costs $250 to ship.

Ah, got it, thanks for the clarity. But in the end, the shipping could be an additional $250... which is what I fear.

People were fearful the Joker itself would be the problem, but looks like the stupid shipping is going to be the problem. After getting your head around paying $1,000 for the piece, it's going to hurt to cough up another $250 or so to receive it.

I’m glad InArt released a professional video of the final product instead of leaving it up to creeps with cellphones in kindergarten classrooms.
Hey, you leave him alone! I like that guy. I didn't know he was still doing " reviews". He's my favorite. No narration or unnecessary expounding on things I already know. No jazz hands. Just clear footage of the final product. Perfect.
I love seeing the brown in the hair in the final like in the first prototype video. In some other places when we saw it it looked a lot more green. I hope that they keep the consistency for all of them. We dont want there to be a joker and a jokorView attachment 614367

Tbh, I'm expecting variation. You can even see it in HT's Jokers. Either way, I'm probably gonna do some customization of my own. I usually do with my figures.
