Yeah at this point I’d much prefer the ROTS sculpt with a hair resculpt, beard and some wrinkles for age. Looks much better than this. Now if HT included an Epi-pen as an accy it might make sense

I am in the minority here clearly, as I do think the sculpt is solid. There are a couple of promo pictures that very much look the part.
That's not to say there isn't a place or room to refine it.
I would like to see the Secret Base photos when they hit, and what some more normal lighting does to the sculpt. Hot Toys' promotional pictures have not done their figures any favors for the last year or so. There's something that's dropping the realism in them that the bloggers somehow capture. I feel like there's some ****** lighting going on here.
In other news, I hear Sideshow has a homerun with their new Obi Wan, if you want something that's leagues better than this.

he looks great here.
I’m sure they’ll touch up the head a bit. Considering how fast they got him out after the show aired, there are likely some fine tuning to still be done just like Vader not having any battle damage yet.

I do really like the socks on this figure, if nothing else. I’ll order this, keep the socks and buy replacement parts for the head, boots, clothes, torso, arms and legs to spruce it up. Figure should be looking really good.

These pictures are better but I still see very little Ewan there. I'll take the ROTS head sculpt (proto and production) over this at the moment.
I'm sure (hope) they tweak it before release. Not like we'll see this in our collections anytime soon.
