I hate that I missed out on the GT Remake Cloud and Sephiroth- those things are what I always wanted our of FF figures. Fingers crossed for a reissue but I suppose I could live with AC versions.

Reissue of GT's Cloud is pretty much out of the question now, but I think a Rebirth version is inevitable, imo. Cloud was only GT's second/third figure (he released after Seph but they started developing him first) and they keep getting better as a company, so couple that with their clear passion for the franchise, I think they'll want to make a second Cloud just because of how much they'll have improved by the time Rebirth is out (nevermind how well it'd sell).

maybe given the inaccuracies of the original, most of which I like. They could potentially give him the shiny sword, brighter blue pauldron and black boots, maybe more accurate hair?

I can see small changes to be made, but I still prefer this one. Closer to a classic Cloud in the vein of AC Cloud or his dissidia appearances but still 95% of the way to remake.

What is the big plan behind the SE FF7 Static Arts statues?
So they announced Aerith and Tifa in their alternative dresses but then Cloud just gets his normal outfit in a pose with his sword?
I mean if this is supposed to be some kind of statue alternative for people who dont like the Play Arts Kai stuff
and they want you to collect the whole group in the Static Arts series,
then why isnt there a normal Aerith and Tifa version?

Yeah, i mean i get that. But i dont understand the concept of the FF7 Static Arts series.
What has the normal Cloud to do with the Aerith and Tifa alternative dress version?
Why isnt there a Static Arts Aerith and Tifa in their normal outfits or some alternative Cloud version?
If they release Sephiroth and other ones too, it means you will end up with
a group of characters in random outfits. Like if you buy the whole series you will probably have maybe
three statues of girls in pretty alternative outfit dresses in cute poses but all the guys have normal outfits and normal poses.
So whats the concept? Why start with two characters in alternative outfits and then the next character is just the normal design?
Why arent there alternative + normal outfit versions?

An acrylic LED royal arms would have been so cool. Doesn't even need LED but just have it be a material that matches that crystal look.

Really interested in seeing what GT and the boss puts out. Tifa, Aerith, Vincent, Noctis and maybe even those Death Note figures are what I'm looking forward to the most.

Still wish they would consider offering both a silicon body + jointed but I'll take whatever they offer. I just don't trust these silicone bodies for long term posing. I want a Tifa that can be posed in action poses instead of a museum one.

I love the look of the elite one.....think I'll hold out for a gametoys version for the same price or 50-100$ more expensive

Nope not really excited by anything by PAK now way too mass produced to make sure quality is good. Once I got Sephiroth GT in hand I sold off my PAK figures. Nice that they’re doing the entire cast plus different costumes cause I know it would take GT forever to catch up at their rate but I know those promo shots are more than 50/50 chance of actually looking the part. That Jessy figure was horrendous looking and somehow their remake Seph looked worse than the AC one. If they would match the prototypes I would have never jumped but that Tifa all but ruined it for me when there’s a clear winner here in GT

PAK Roche plus his bike is £350. Not exactly attracting me back to collecting the line, that's all I'll say.

Rebirth coming so soon is very exciting, wish we'd seen a little bit of combat but Mt. Nibel looks amazing. The young Sephiroth stuff in Ever Crisis might be even more intriguing to me than the Crisis Core remake honestly.

Yeah, young Noctis is a relic design from the 2000s when that edgy boyband look was popular. He's probably the most boringly designed FF protagonist. I'm curious how GT will do his clothes. They're entirely black with black print designs on them (because that's edgy you know ).

Passed up on FF7 Sephiroth. I also ended up selling my cloud to a friend who couldn't get one. I'll be happy with my AC Cloud and I hope they give us that Sephiroth also. I actually think it will be cool if they do a reissue of FF7 Cloud with the new body.

I might be in the minority here, but I wish they gave Noct a seamless torso, or at least arms, like Cloud's. Maybe it's just the very early prototype, but I hope they include some seamless arms.

Yeah the main crew is kind of boring looking. Nyx with his hooded outfit in Kingsglaive is way more detailed. Even Luna has a better outfit in Kingsglaive.

But my dream XV fig is Aranea. If they do that and all 3 Lightning, I would sell off the remaining PAKs I have.
