Yep - just rewatched the launch video & they explicitly say the set includes "metal jail cell bars and a hardwood floor"
Well - now I'm even more impressed - this is going to be spectacular in person...

Yeah there was also a short video clip of someone clinking along the metal bars with a pencil (of course you need FB to watch it).

I'm not defending them nor will I order from them again. But they had a 40% off Bandai sale, and I scored a pre-order item for $15 below MSRP shipped, and it was legit with factory seal. The item had been released months ago, but their site still said pre-order months later, but they shipped it within two weeks, with no extra charge. Perhaps that's because that was my first order, so they wanted to give me a good impression.

I also heard that people got hot toys from them without problem

I will try my very best to maintain orders with major brands If I ran in financial problem, don't let the bomb explode before the set time

I only order 2 figures from TW and got both orders. After that I never went back as it's really no point, and usually they mark up the price on certain preorders. That's why I'll stick with Kit moving forward as he is a gentleman, and always delivers. That said I do feel sad I won't be able to own the rooted hair Version and QC choice of the bundle isn't the best. Had it been purple suit and Bank robber and both sculpts where a bit different I'd definitely would have jumped on it. But as of now the standard will be good enough.

It's so sad to see so many people order the deluxe bundle from them.

I even saw some Instagram folks who are sponsored by them saying that the handcuffs are EXCLUSIVE to Toyswonderland.

I hope they continue to get called out on their BS. Pretty ****** of them to ruin things for others when you have great shops like OSK and GianToys.

I tried to hold out as long as I can but I couldn’t resist. Preordered the deluxe rooted from OSK before it was too late. Joker was what made me get into hot toys but I was too late the first time they came out. Decided to go for the ultimate, I trust OSK completely and I have some faith in Queen but worse case If it didn’t turn out incredible then I’ll eat the down payment.

this. start picking up the pace. do what prime1 does, have a day of showing of all sorts of pre orders. the rest, production time. they have so much stuff in their hands, they really need to catch up.
