Urgh bloody Covid. Wish it would hurry up and go away.
Same, but antivax idiots are doing their best to keep it alive. 2022 is probably gonna be a wash too if this thing evolves before the booster shots are out. But at least we've got that Hot Toys backlog coming next year, right?

Comparing prices between BBTS and SS - with BBTS I'm at $110.xx shipped with taxes, SS is $107.xx before shipping. What is SS's going-rate for shipping nowadays?
You're probably looking at around $12-$15 in shipping from Sideshow for a figure of this size.

Most usa sites say October 30/November so not really a delay to me. It's been that since they went up for preorder.

I haven't been keeping an eye on Snake Eyes but I know Justin('s Collectibles) reviewed the figure about two months ago and Sideshow has it ready to ship. So I imagine once Justin reviews the Rangers, it could be around two months until it arrives stateside.

As far as I can tell, my order for the Dragon Shield Red Ranger is still being despatched on 24th September, here in the UK.

It was originally meant to be released on 31st July but got pushed back to 24th September. The recent delay to the Core 5 & Green Rangers doesn't seem to have had a knock-on effect as yet (knowing my luck, I'll get an email on Monday saying the release date has changed again).

Anyone else heard anything about their Dragon Shield Red Ranger?

Last I heard it was late September.

Does anybody like the Ninja Ranger designs enough to want ThreeZero make them in the future? I think they would look amazing with all of the fabrication.

Honestly @Angelo2113, that's it really hard to say and is there a good market for the younger generation of Super Sentai fans or is it us that live in the mid 80's - early 90's (now 30 to mid 40's) that has kids now and want to pass it on?

As well all know, MMPR is the American version of Super Sentai Zyuranger, Dino Charger is Sentai Kyroyuger, Ninja Ranger is Sentai Ninniiger, etc...

I think it's us that lived in the 80's to mid-90's like to have some of childhood memories in larger scale, however our kids/grandkids will not possibly be having interest in these things. It's either trending now or its old worthless junk.

I think they'd make great figures. There has never been a release of them where the costumes are all fabric. It would be a way to get some unmasked headsculpts.

These figures are being released in The Lightning Collection (Hasbro's 6 inch plastic figure collection) in January and there many who are excited for them, so there would probably be demand for 12 inch versions with real fabric costumes.

Having said that, there are some fans who aren't keen how much focus MMPR gets, so it might be better if the next team of figures (assuming there is one) wasn't MMPR related.

So, it would be great if the Ninja Ranger figures were released at some point, just maybe not the very next release.

I was just thinking how cool those would look.
It’d be great to get the movie costumes- each sold individually in a deluxe box set that included the main battle suits with interchangeable chest emblems to depict both sets of Zords and an additional ninja costume figure.

I think Angelo2113 was referring to the fabric costumes used in the third season of MMPR, as they're the only team that use the term Ninja Ranger. The other teams are called Ninja Storm and Ninja Steel.

However, there are still lots of Power Rangers fans out there who would love to see other teams made. The top ones mentioned are Zeo, In Space and Time Force.

I would almost look to the Hasbro Lightning line as potential model for even 1/6 pattern.

They have completed the original MMPR suits now, and they recently started moving onto the ninja outfits. My guess is that they want to spread out the armored suit designs, so they'll probably finish the ninja outfits first, then circle back to the movie outfits. Plus, the Ninja outfits apply to the show as well where the movie armor suits are exclusive to the movie only.

I would imagine the 1/6 line may follow a similar route, but at the same token, aside from the White Ranger, which was to be expected, there's no sign of any form of expansion to this yet, other rangers, evil space aliens.

There is the possibility that pandemic conditions are also forcing ThreeZero to tweak their production process and roll out. Here we are in mid-September and still no sign of any form of release of the initial Rangers.

Hasbro doesn't own the movie rights. 20th Century Fox/Disney does.

I feel like the movie is actually more cringey than the show, and wouldn’t want the Ninja outfits personally. Then again I’m not really getting into this line.

Ok, so instead of being told my Dragon Shield Red Ranger was being despatched, Zavvi UK emailed me to say they cancelled my order. Something about not having the stock to fulfil the order. I do wonder if they had any allocated to them to begin with.

I've now ordered with BigBadToyStore, they were still showing they could take preorders. I just hope this one doesn't get cancelled.

I need cheering up, has anybody got any good news to share.
