Figures are place holders for now (but you get the idea). Imagine how cool it would have been back in the late 70's / early 80's to see these on the shelf hangers with the Star Wars figures too.

Here's how they're all looking so far. I'm thinking that the first Hulk with the blue sky fits in better with the overall look of the others? Robin and Wonder Woman now added.

Updated Wonder Woman logo and did another photo option. Also updated Robin's photo.

I updated various parts on these cards and replaced the Batman photo with a better one that fits in with the others. i think I've taken these as far as I can go with my Photoshop skills so am calling these fronts done. Now I've got to try and come up with the cardback designs for all the other superheroes as I've only done those for Superman the Movie and Superman II. Could take some time!

These look fantastic, only one that doesn’t work for me is Batman. The red background for the figure just doesn’t work imo. Yellow, blue or gray would work. You could even switch the red to Superman

I hear you on the Batman background. I've changed it to a blue/purple. I was trying to avoid too many similar colors. Also changed the Superman II background to a more orange color (I didn't want to use red for the Superman cards because the cape and boots on the figure will blend into the background if it was red, so ideally, all the backgrounds need to contrast with the figures costumes). Thinks this looks like a better mix of colors now?

Just got to finish Lex Luthor and then my set of 12 Palitoy Superheroes and Villains will be complete. Can't wait to do the artwork for the backs of the other cards so I can start making them and putting figures onto them. Work will start on the 3d model of the Christopher Reeve Superman figure tomorrow!

I've hit a snag on the last figure. I don't have the Photoshop skills to extend the background of the Lex Luthor photo so it fills up the space between the logo and borders.

Why don’t you just discard the picture background an add one of your choosing?

My Photoshop skills aren't good enough to crop the background out and add another without it still looking like that's exactly what's been done. I've tried to use production photos / publicity photos for all these but they have limitations because to get the figure in the correct place on the card, they've nearly all needed to be extended, but this is the most tricky background to extend because there are so many objects. LOL.

Why don’t you just discard the picture background an add one of your choosing?
