So far it looks like I'm the only one who just went for the regular version. I'm all for fun accessories, but didn't see the point in paying an extra $40 for a baby Luke and lightup table I'd never use.
Ditto, just went for the regular. All that extra stuff wasn't going to see the light of day.

Make that 3. Was on the fence with this one, so lucky he got ordered at all. But I'm in for only the bare basic representation of the PT. Anakin, Obi Wan, Maul and perhaps a Padme.

Made a good deal out of Obi-Wan though. $25 code (never buy more than one figure at a time on SS at the moment. Every purchase gets you a new $25 code). Then $90 bucks in rewards. So got him for about $120 so not bad really.

now 4

If there were 2 babies...maybe...but the one HT product shot of Obi Wan looking at the table and Anakin kneeling down in front of Palpatine was a really bad angle....and I can't unsee it...so I saved $$$

Some extras like say the Emperors throne are really useful and iconic. Others like this Holopad table are nice but not necessarily for all. Especially if you have a focused setup of figures only.

Glad they included the cut up droid in both though. That's nice to have scattered at his feet.

I guess I'm 6 haha. Yeah, never going to display with that stuff. He's going side by side with Anakin, lightsabers activated. Just like when they were ready to fight Dooku.

I went for the deluxe. My Deadpool will probably make more use of the baby Luke than Obi-Wan lol.

If I do get this figure, I’d be in the regular camp as well.

He certainly has a distinct personality with his videos, that's for sure. But he always showcases the figure well with a quality presentation - always appreciated.

Haha classic ! Didn't think of that.

Yes I'll give him that. The camera quality and lighting are great. Also the pans across the figure etc with no talking at the start are great. Not many reviewers do that.

Not sure who it was, but someone used baby Luke as an accessory for MoS Jor-El. I thought that actually looked pretty cool.

Looks like a great figure to me, I still see a very Hot Toys level of detail in the sculpt. Not a big fan of the screaming or off color comments during the review but he give us a great look at the figure. I also bought the regular version of the figure.

He was right about the likeness being spot-on when the head is tilted downwards. That's how I'll be posing it for sure.

Went for the regular also. I like accessories but for $40 extra they did not seem worth it at all to me. I would never display them so I know I would kick myself for not saving some $$$ for something that would stay in the box.

At leat the likeness is still there, and you could definitely say thats Ewan McGregor as Obiwan.

Unlike Jyn Erso final product compared with orginal prototype.

That's a terrific idea.

I've also preordered regular version.

Its a a bizarre one with Jyn. If you remove the hair and put the hat on, the likeness comes back.
I reckon the hair shape has a lot to do with the likeness being off.

I have the regular on order for the exact same reasons.

Am I the only one who thinks it looks really good?
