Are the customs safe from said thougher copyright laws!?

Custom Figures have NEVER been safe. it's just that it's too much of a hassle for most IP owners to go after a guy making and selling figures illegaly.

And YES, it IS ILLEGAL TO MAKE MONEY OFF ANOTHER PERSON'S IP WITHOUT CONSENT OF THE IP owner.

Just becuase it's not enforced, dosn't make it legal.

The moral ground, however, is mutch more sketchy.

About customs, NEVER put up a video including even a small scene or background music of the movie or series it's from. The copyrighters will come down on you like the Germans on England during The Blitz.
