Is it just me, or is his nose painted a different color than the rest of his face on the bigger ant-man?

Wow... Nope not just you... While it could just be a lighting issue the nose doesn't appear to have the reddish tinge the rest of the face does.... Not only that , but eyebrows appear to be painted blonde

While the back of the head appears to be brunette.

I wonder if these are issues with all of them or just this one.

Hey guys, I just checked with the boys and the factory - it's our bad! No excuse about this. There are 4 Ant mans till date as I understand but ours is classic comics Hank Pym and he is blonde based on the reference materials. Looks like we checked the paint quality (lines) but missed out on accuracy.

So here's the plan, XM Studios will recast and repaint 700 pieces of the head sculpt, with corrected hair color and also add in the black for the filter mouth piece. Nose wise for the colours we find it uniform actually but since we are reproducing the heads, we will monitor on that as well.

We will distribute the new heads at no costs (shipping included) to all customers and distributors so please be patient as it would take a couple of months to produce the heads. First level of contact should be your distributor or seller who will be receiving the heads. If there are any issues such as sellers not wanting to ship, please go direct to me ([email protected]) and I will take care of you.

On behalf of the XM boys and team, my sincerest apologies for this QC oversight.

Oh yeah I forgot to say a huge thanks everyone for sharing and pointing stuff out to us - this is where we as producers/manufacturers learn the most and improve. You bunch of guys and gals are very understanding and patient, we can't ask for better customers and friends.

How about the we ship the whole statue back to us on our dime, fix the issue, and then send it back to you with $100 in reward points option??? I know the $30 credit was more common, but we should ignore positive progress.

Shouldn't they have caught this waaaaay before shipping them out? I mean, with such legendary QC...

I am curious how getting it through a retailer will work, since it will take quite awhile for them to get these, then they will have to be shipped. I have this on order at BBTS and really have no idea how that will work.

I agree but everyone makes mistakes.

They will probably get theirs from the later batches, so it'll already be the fixed head in the box i would have thought.
