goku started from almost being a normal human to a GOD!!!.
even doh he is an alien (SAIYAN) he trainned real hard to optain hes powers.

other heroes are just born with them.

Gotta go with Doc Manhattan, Not only does the guy see the future, sees things so small they are considered never to have happened at all, can make himself intangible, can create/control/destroy the smallest particles, can pull himself back together when he is destroyed, and lastly...... the guy can CREATE LIFE... dude is a god, superman, silver surfer, even the almigty "goku" (did i spell it right ) cant come close.
