Was this forum board hacked last night with a virus?

Did anyone notice there was this foreign Asian writing posted topic on the forum last night. It was posted at least three or four times and when I clicked on it, the post was blank.

I logged out and back in and it was still there. I was hoping it wasn't a virus file , but looks like everything is back on track in this forum again

I get that. But why would they do this. There is nothing to gain on this message board by corrupting it. It's always monitored by the Mediator
